(Lynchburg, VA) Today the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) handed Delta Star and other American large power transformer manufacturers a sweeping victory in a yearlong anti-dumping case.
Delta Star President Ivan Tepper said, “The decision by the ITC today will put an end to the unfair trade practices employed by the Korean manufacturers of large power transformers. More importantly, the decision upholds the United States’ basic values of fairness and free trade while protecting American jobs from predatory pricing.”
