Jim Mott is the Chief Financial officer for Delta Star Inc.  He is the main risk officer for the corporation and heads up the finance functions which include accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance functions, asset-liability management, insurance, treasury and tax. He is in charge of the Human Resource functions that entail compliance, talent acquisition and development and reporting. He is also developing the Supply Chain Engineering function and will lead that group to meet the ever-changing needs and environment of strategic supply sourcing and management.
